¿Qué son los Guest Bartender?

Si sigues nuestras publicaciones de Instagram, te habrás dado cuenta de que hace aproximadamente tres meses, cada semana, tenemos un invitad@ que se toma la barra del SIAM THAI y prepara sus propios cocteles. En esta oportunidad, queremos explicarles cómo partió esta iniciativa y por qué consideramos que es un aporte a la coctelería en las barras de vanguardia como la nuestra.
Los Guest bartender, partieron con la idea de tener coctelería novedosa, una oferta diferente para los clientes que aman los cocteles y que visitan regularmente nuestro restobar, así, conocen nuevos sabores, preparaciones, técnicas y bartenders o barmaids del rubro. Sin embargo, esta idea se volcó en una maravillosa plataforma, tanto para l@s bartenders invitad@s, como para nosotr@s, que semana a semana intentamos representar la personalidad de cada invitad@ con un divertido "cosplay" que alude a sus características y sello personal, homenajeando así su trayectoria y coctelería.
Si tuviésemos que hacer un decálogo de nuestros Guest Bartender, diríamos lo siguiente:
- Es un espacio de libertad para la creatividad y el desarrollo de habilidades para los bartenders, que han trabajado sobre su propia identidad en coctelería.
- Buscamos hacer comunidad en restauración, abierta y sin filtros elitistas.
- Hacer tributo al estilo y personalidad de cada invitad@, a través de nuestra caracterización o "cosplay".
- Enriquecer la experiencia del consumidor, ofreciendo diversidad de elementos en un mismo espacio.
